These Terms of Use govern the use of the DroitAI platform.
Purpose: DroitAI is a legal information service powered by artificial intelligence. It does not constitute professional legal advice under any circumstances.
Access: access to the service requires the creation of an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information.
Use: the service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any abusive use is prohibited.
Liability: DroitAI shall not be held liable for decisions made based on the information provided by the service.
Intellectual property: content generated by DroitAI is provided for informational purposes. The sources cited remain the property of their respective authors.
Amendments: DroitAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Right of withdrawal and refund: in accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a fourteen (14) day period from the subscription to a paid plan to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your reasons. To exercise it, contact us at support@droitai.app before the deadline expires. A full refund will be processed within 14 days of the request, using the same payment method used at subscription. Note: if you actively use the service during this period and request it to start before the end of the withdrawal period (by accepting immediate activation), you will be charged pro-rata for the time used before cancellation.
Automatic renewal: monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you retain access until that date.
Termination and account deletion: you can delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion entails the immediate removal of all your conversations, documents and personal data, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure).
